Brummie boys La Dharma have a
bunch of guitars, a stack of attitude and a whole bunch of energy which is all
you need to start a band, so we’re all set for some good times, right? Right.
The quartet’s new single, ‘I Don’t Believe that I’m Ready’, bursts into life with
searing guitars followed by punchy drums and a bassline that adds an indie-pop
bit of flair to proceedings. The vocals and stabbing synths of frontman Chris
Leedham push this into the kind of territory normally occupied by the Killers
or the Wombats so if that floats your boat then you’re in for a treat.
