I do love attention to detail in
songs and the way this one fades in to view, sharpening the sound from a muddy
mix into a pin-point sound is perfectly wonderful. ‘Out of my Ooo’ comes
courtesy of Brixton talent Jessica Wilde and blends the fiercely soulful voice
of Joss Stone with the sashaying funk of Lack of Afro all dressed in the glitz
and glamour of Paloma Faith which makes for an intoxicating mix. This would be
the ideal track for a suave brand to use on their Christmas ad campaign – think
Next or House of Fraser with lots of beautiful people having fun and generally
being cool.
