of Elbow, Price has a knack for writing tunes that would fit in on the BBC 6
Music playlist, the Radio 2 playlist and some braver commercial stations as
well. The true brilliance of Matthew Gordon Price’s material is that he has the
everyman appeal of Springsteen but also the edge of someone fresh, new and
