Australian outfit San Cisco are back just in time to provide
the soundtrack to your next road trip. ‘When I Dream’ is a gentle, jangling
indie romp full of regret and pathos in the style of the Magic Numbers or The Frank
and Walters and it just makes you want to jump in a car and drive until your
problems are just a dot in the rear-view mirror. “Why does it feel so good to
be destructing again” they sing, and I think we can all identify with that from
time to time. Oh, and there’s and a fade out too which is a rare and beautiful
beast these days.
