thought you might be. London based outfit Barbarella’s Bang Bang bring new
single ‘Cowboy Job’ for your listening pleasure and it’s got a pleasingly
menacing chug about it. This is the music Wednesday Addams would have made if
she grew up and started a band, full of threat, charm, malevolence and the kind
of swagger most pop stars can only dream of. There’s a hand-clap breakdown and
the kind of bass line that Johnny Cash would have killed a man for, all-in-all
it’s a whole heap of fun.
