For the first few listens of this
track I was thinking, “this guy has to be from London, he’s got that Thames
sound down to a fine art”. And I was right, Unbloom is alt-pop producer from
London. London, Canada. Nevertheless, new single ‘I Followed’ has a fresh zip
to it that could be a Jamie T track but you can tell this guy has his
production skills nailed such is the energy and crispness in every note, beat
and crunch. This is a song with the kind of attitude that would be annoying if
you had to work with it every day but if you need to cut loose and have a great
night out then this is the tune you’d call – just don’t let it sleep on your
couch.
