I don’t mean to brag about just
how cutting edge this blog is but, as of 13th June, Listen with
Monger is one of just two Twitter followers on the account of London electro upstarts
Glosse. [Pause for gasps of awe and
wonder]. This might sound impressive but actually it’s a crying shame
because this debut offering from the outfit is an absolute belter. ‘We Got Heat’
blends the cool sophistication of Django Django and Everything Everything with
the edgy unpredictability of Mux and Dutch Uncles. This more of a lust song
than a love song and at under three minutes long it’s more of a quickie in the
car park than a love making session on water bed but we all need a quickie
