Zeera and Oliver Drake) are one of those acts that just subtly amble in to the
background of your consciousness and then slide in to your affections. New
single ‘Warm Ambition’ sums that up perfectly and as the steady beat and
shuddering guitars start to worm in to your ear you can’t help but itch to the
beat. Somewhere in the Venn diagram between PJ Harvey, Alabama Shakes, Kate
Bush and the White Stripes is where Straylings exist as the ethereal vocals of
Zeera are kept within this world by lasso of guitar notes and the steady thud
