nutjobs Death By Unga Bunga and the birthplace of new single ‘Into The Night’.
If you’ve not come across these five chaps before then you are missing out as
their brand of guitar-pop is has it’s tongue so firmly in its cheek that it
might actually be serious. We’re talking the energy of the Hives, the
eccentricity of Metal Molly, the melodic riffs of the Killers on ‘Hot Fuss’ and
the grooming habits of the Stooges. This particular track has the potential to
do a ‘Bohemian Like You’ and get attached to a million movies and adverts but
it’s more likely that the bat-shit mental video will become a cult classic and
the band will find themselves passed out on the floor of a Camden dive bar
within the next 12 months. This is sweaty, pasty and nervous but I love it like
the brother that I never had.
