Improbably named London chanteuse
CuckooLander is back with a new track and dressed like a disco matador from the
future. This new song, 'Mother Nature', is filled with funk and fun from the
word go but it has a raw, DIY feel like the early independent electro releases
in the 80s. That said, CuckooLander's voice is anything but raw as her soulful,
rich and sassy vocal turns the heat up on this tune and gives it a kick in the
jewels. There is no reason that this tune shouldn't be all over the radio and
getting air time clubs across the country unless, of course, the general public
and those in charge of the media are idiots with no taste in music whatsoever.
