Post-hardcore Midlanders We Fight
Like Kids are back with new single 'Tequila Slammer' and a video the documents
their touring antics and, dare I say it, shenanigans. The furious riffs,
exorcist style vocals piston-like drums are impressive in their own way but
there isn't really a melody to write home about until they break out the piano
based middle-eight breakdown which is a little bit nu-metal. We Fight Like Kids
are the kind of band who will collect a fanatic following as they tour but for me
I'm fairly indifferent to this tune so I'll pick something else from the drinks
menu.
