single from London indie-poppers Fiction a spin today. 'Staying Still' blends
so many wonderful influences that it's hard to know where to start but if
you're a fan of the Killers, Kraftwerk, Elbow, Depeche Mode, Sparks, Young
Knives, Talking Heads or the Flaming Lips then these guys will certainly float
your boat. Stylish, arty synths swagger along while the percussion clicks and
the guitars shudder allowing for some classy, suave vocals to lay thickly over
the top. Now go get those curtains opened up......and dance!
