Tree Dwellers are a rare thing in
music these days and I'm not talking about the fact that they comprise of a Mancunian
father and son duo. No, Tree Dwellers are unusual because they make the kind of
chilled out, organic funk-dance music that you just don't get enough of any
more. New single 'Midnight Sixteen' is a gorgeous blend of the Orb, a late
night train station tannoy and a low slung riff that rattles along while synths
float weightlessly around. The chilled beats make for a perfect end of summer
tune that should adorn many a garden as you enjoy that last cider and what's
left of the summer warmth.
