Archie Sylvester takes the lead on vocal duties for a change on the new Ferris & Sylvester single 'The Game' and it is as swoonsome as it is lush. Strings stab and sweep, the rhythm section gives some good Motown energy and the twin vocals of Issy and Archie once again take centre stage. In some ways, it's an absolute crime that these two aren't all over the radio, hanging out with Jools Holland and featuring on the cover of various magazines but then it's quite nice to have them to ourselves, isn't it? Also, they don't strike me as the types hungry for fame 24/7 so maybe this is all part of their plan.
