I love a song about a mid-life crisis and I'm growing increasingly fond of off-kilter Cornish singer-songwriter Nell Davies so this one should be a belter. New single 'Go Big Or Go Home' takes the rave culture mantra and plonks it on top of an indie rock soundtrack complete with Davies' impish vocals. The lyrical attack on vacuousness in modern culture and the head rattling drum break make this a must-listen track. Think Deux Furieuses but with a more lo-fi indie sound and you're in the right ball park. And oh, what a ball park...
