Southwest rockers the Horizons have dropped an almighty slab in the shape of new single 'A Crying Shame'. The underlying riff has tones of Muse in their rockier moments but then the vocal delivery is more Black Keys and the general swagger fits nicely with Moriaty. This is refined, polished and well produced rock'n'roll but they've pulled off that neat track of sounding like this was the first time they've played the track and the energy comes at you from angles. Fizzingly confident and strident rock'n'roll. More please.
