A smooth bassline gets things going on the new single from Devon lads 'Burnt Daylight' before a snaking guitar joins in. 'You'd Know' is a moody combination of Arctic Monkeys and Carlos Santana with understated vocals and a sense of unrequited love that we can all identify with. This is the second single I've heard from these boys and there's definitely a musical talent in there which just needs polishing up with some relentless gigging to really hone that live sound. I love the ambition and dedication to a unique sound though, I'll always applaud that.
