The latest chapter in the Ash renaissance is here with a double release and a special guest to boot! First up is 'Which One Do You Want?' which has distinct Smiths vibe to it with the jangling guitars and moody bass lines supporting Tim Wheeler in the Morrisey role but with less dubious political viewpoints. The special guest I mentioned is none other than Graham Coxon who contributes to 'Fun People' which sits somewhere between 'Song 2', Andrew W.K. and Talking Heads with grinding riffs, post-punk vocals and the kind of energy that men in their 40s and 50s have no right to inject in to a song. And yet they do. Brilliantly.
