Somewhat strangely, this track actually came out in May but its getting an entirely understandable boost in July. London based Molly Wishart has, on new single 'July', used spun sugar and sunbeams to create the sweetest and summeriest sounding song you could wish for. A delicate country-pop melody is paired with Wishart's easy vocal so superbly its like audible strawberries and cream on a hot day. There is no irony, no political agenda, and no heartache here - this is just about being in the full throws of summer romance and enjoying every second of it. Long may it last.
