It's been a while since we've last heard from Witch Fever so it's great to hear them not just back but also back with a bang on their new single, 'Dead To Me'. What is instantly clear to me on this track is that Witch Fever's sound is fuller, more intense (if that is possible) and more polished which gives them an instantly more powerful sound. There are tones of Shihad and Soundgarden in the rumbling drum sound and low slung guitars but then the chorus hits and that razor sharp vocal delivery that is so uniquely Witch Fever. From brooding and menacing to fierce ad intense - this track swings back an forth lick a pendulum with razor blades attached.
