SOOT SPRITE - SINGLE REVIEW

Soot Sprite - Days After Days (Specialist
Subject)

Release Date: Out Now

Exeter trio Soot Sprite are gearing up for the release of their debut album in May so new single 'Days After Days' is just a sample of what is to come but it's already showing positive signs. A wall of indie guitars and splashing drums create a My Vitriol-esque noise for head honcho Elise Cook's vocals to soar effortlessly over with a beautifully 90s aesthetic. This is a call to arms anthem but the arms are for hugging and the call is for more empathy, more compassion and less time staring into the endless abyss that is the world around us...at times.
