THWACK! - Three Angels

The brilliantly named London band THWACK! offer themselves up as a 'queer orchestral punk band' and if that doesn't pique your interest I don't know what will. The five-piece's new single, 'Three Angels', has a macabre, gypsy-folk vibe from the start that will appeal to fans of Gogol Bordello or Tankus but also a theatrical nature that weaves through the night air and into every one of your senses. Combine these with a raw, punky energy and you've got yourself the kind of band that should really be getting an awful lot of people excited. Myself included.
