Surrey Grunge-Rockers Dude Safari are back with new single 'Suckerpunch' and boy-oh-boy do they mean business. The guitars crunch like a wrecking ball hitting concrete, the drums come on like cannon fire and the vocals are carried along by all that power despite being dead-eyed and unblinking. Elements of Soundgarden, Silverchair and Bush can all be heard in here but with a very English sheen over the top that puts me in mind of Dinosaur Pile-Up - and just to be clear, all these reference points are big ol' positives in my book.
