JollyRoger - Band of Brothers

Cornish pirate punks JollyRoger have recorded new single 'Band of Brothers' to raise awareness and money for the Fisherman's Mission charity which exists to support families of those lost at sea in search of a big catch. This is a more somber and serious offering than previous releases but still steeped in the traditions of rousing sing along lyrics set to folk inspired melodies and boot stomping rhythms. The guitar solo that finishes this off puts the image of Slash straddling a trawler in your mind but the main impression you get is of a brave profession and the destruction it can leave behind when things go wrong. Well worth a listen.
