Rare Hearts is the one man vehicle for Mexican-American artist Joe Rojas and he provides a woozy delight on new single 'Good Times'. Wonky guitars and lazy, slacker vocals get things going slowly before the drums kick in and a Weezer on a grunge tip takes over. When the chorus kicks in you just want to pogo and mosh your way through the rest of the song which is not a feeling I get enough anymore and I'm suddenly keen to dig out some old Everclear records.
