Hull's LIFE have come roaring back with a new album on the way but before that they are dropping new single 'The Drug' to get your motor running. There's a new swagger and confidence to the quartet as a disco inspired bass and drum combination underpin stabbing guitars with all the style of LCD Soundsystem, the Killers or Talking Heads. However, when you throw in the vocals which are more aligned to Mark E. Smith then you've got a very different experience and that makes for the kind of song you can listen (and dance to) on repeat without losing interest.
