One of the finest voices in the UK (and most other countries for that matter), Jamie Yost, is back with a new single ahead of his new EP in 2022. 'Storm' zips and pings around the room as the guitar and rhythm section create an upbeat and sunshine infused melody for Yost to sing over. The trademark soulful and dusky vocals make this an alt-pop dream primed for some heavy rotation on radio and adding to some high profile playlists for those that need a little uplift in their life or pep in their step. This is certainly the most accomplished and rounded release from Yost yet but I suspect this is only the tip of the iceberg as 2022 holds a lot of promise and potential for the Devon based troubadour.
