As anthems of self-love and self-worth go, this new release from Hertfordshire outfit High Regard couldn't be much more empowering. 'Worth It' powers through with all the force of Incubus, the energy of Hundred Reasons and that Paramore vibe in full effect. The rhythm section is tight, the guitars come at you like a wall of sound and the vocals cut through like a wedge of lime in a cool bottle of lager. This is only the third release from High Regard but they have the song-writing and performance down to a fine art so, along with the excellent animated video, everything seems to be heading in the right direction.
