Rags to Riches are Lexington brothers Peyton and Tanner Whitt who create alt-pop with an edge and the emphasis on edge if new single 'The Beast' is anything to go by. With rock, rap and alt-pop flavours all wrapped up in a cinematic bow, this track demands your attention as it tackles issues of mental health and managing your inner demons. The beats are big and puncturing, the hook is infectious and the sinister music box melody is spine-chilling (especially when you watch the video as well) so its a big thumbs up from me.
