Coming out of Cleveland with eyes
on the prize, the Sonder Bombs bring ‘K’ to the table and it is a beast of a
bop. On the one hand, this is an indie-pop delight with sweet vocals, bouncing
guitars and melodies for miles but on the other hand there is a rock band
trying to burst out, typified by the urgent stabs of drums and heavy bass
bursting through at any given opportunities. At various points you could draw
comparisons with Belly, Biffy Clyro, Veruca Salt, Young Knives, Charly Bliss or
Throwing Muses and you can’t ask for much more than that in a track, can you?
