Northern Ireland’s JC Stewart is
riding high in to 2021 and, on the evidence of this new single, I think that’s
fairly well justified. ‘Break My Heart’ opens with a tight guitar riff and a
seductive beat before Stewart’s polished pop vocal joins in to complete the package.
This his global mainstream appeal and when the chorus drops you have the lyrical
heartache (“if you’re gonna break my heart then do it right”) mixing with
euphoric and uplifting melodies which is an intoxicating mix. There is more to
