Bristol five-piece Birdman Cult have
thrown ‘Gone to Pot’ into the mix and it’s a thundering and blunt tool that cracks
your skull open before pouring in lyrics like “when you eat shit you are shit”.
Proper, thundering bass and booming drums lay down a solid foundation for the
rest of the band to kick hard against. Doomy vocals and snarling guitars
complete the package but it’s a package that only the brave should even think about
