introduce you to Dublin singer-songwriter A. Smyth. ‘River’ is the new single
and the blend of old photos in the video and guitar chords full of mournful
regret just oozes nostalgia for a youth and vigour long gone. Smyth’s vocal is
soft with the kind of charm you come to expect from Irish singers but there’s a
delicate nature here, a fragility that is as enthralling as it is endearing.
