WHEEL – SINGLE REVIEW

Release Date: Out Now

Helsinki based dark-rockers Wheel are back with their new single ‘Where the Pieces Lie’ and it is an absolute beast of a tune. The guitars scythe like a piercing migraine on a rapidly ascending plane, straight through your brain, while the drums thunder and hammer at sense of being with a relentlessness that almost seems unfair. In amongst this sensory onslaught, is a powerful yet not overstated rock vocal chiming like a church bell calling you to safety in the storm. This is heavy, powerful and sophisticated stuff that packs way more than a punch so I’d strap on some protective clothing before you give this one a go.
