Hardworking Cornish trio Wille & the Bandits have stopped touring just long enough to bring out a new single in the shape of ‘Find My Way’ and its pretty heavy stuff. A chugging bass line and driving drums sets things nicely for Wille Edwards’ slide guitar and rasping vocals to take things up to the next level. This isn’t just a straight rock’n’roll track though, oh no. The chorus features some excellently atmospheric backing vocals and then there’s a Boy Hits Car-esque bass solo with additional percussion in the middle eight breakdown before the band come back for one more blast on the rock pipe. This is a mighty sound made by three men in suits in a barn but don’t think they’ve peaked – there’s more touring and a new album coming in 2019 so these guys are just getting started.
