You can always rely on the North-West

there, and whatever it is, Stockport lads Matter of Mind have been chugging
pints of the stuff. New single ‘Sanity’ kicks hard from the word go with
throbbing indie-rock guitars and pulsating synths that place this somewhere
between the raw energy of early Arctic Monkeys, the sophisticated swagger of
Everything Everything and plenty of moody indie-rock ambition. The energy and intensity
of this single will play well with the US alt-rock market but the
sophistication and intelligence will suit the British market just fine than you
very much.
