itself naturally to a mainstream pop track but Beth Macari’s powerful and soulful
vocal delivery just makes this work. There is a venom behind this track that’s
delivered through narrowed eyes and clenched teeth but don’t mistake that for a
lack of control or poise – everyone’s allowed to get angry once in a while,
right? The melodies are carefully chosen and fit nicely in to that Jess Glynne
meets Rita Ora category while the beats have something of Years & Years
about them which makes this the kind of tune that should be a mainstream radio
hit for the summer and the perfect for blasting out of car windows.
