Release Date: Out Now

Westcountry rocker Chay Snowdon is continuing his march to notoriety and a certain level success with new single ‘Zenobia’ and woe betide anyone who thinks about getting in his way. Along with his band, Snowdon has moved in to a territory that sees him rub shoulders with Jake Bugg, Arctic Monkeys and Kings of Leon with rolling, rumbling drums and a pleasing guitar chug keep things motoring. “She must be my Zenobia” sings Snowdon with a perfect indie rock’n’roll attitude as much as the music feels familiar and comforting, the lyrical content which seemingly refers to a third century Syrian queen of distinct beauty is as unique as love songs get. Sell out gigs are already happening and there are long queues of men and women who want to be both with and in this band which bodes extremely well. If songs like this keep coming out at this rate then you definitely want to avoid or get on board this juggernaut.
