Just leave. New Yorkers Public Access T.V. have captured me by the groove bone
on ‘Lost In The Game’ which blends together the likes of Squeeze, Chic, the
Strokes, LCD Soundsystem, Supergrass and Mungo Jerry to make a truly infectious
tune. The drums are joined by joyous handclaps, the bass rolls and pops with
funky aplomb and the guitars, horns and organs all jostle for position like
dancers at a club trying to catch the attention of the best-looking girl in the
club. This track is infused in the sounds of the streets of New York and it
makes me want to dance which, I can assure you, is no mean feat.
