SOUND OF THE SIRENS - SINGLE REVIEW

Sound Of The Sirens - The Confession
Sound Of The Sirens - The Confession

Release Date: 3rd July 2015

The excellent and, frankly, prolific Sound Of The Sirens are back with a new single ahead of another EP and they just keep getting better and better. 'The Confession' continues with the superb twin vocal harmonies that we've come to expect from Abbe Martin and Hannah Wood as well as the stomping rhythms and hypnotic guitar riffs. But this time there are two new developments in the form of a snaking violin melody and an increasingly defiant edge that has been creeping in to the duo's tune for a while but is now far more prevalent. Following a busy Glastonbury and a live schedule that is more often packed than not, the reputation of this pair is on the rise both in their native Westcountry and around the UK so keep an eye out for the new EP and get down to one of their enthralling live shows as soon as you can, capiche?
