Preferably in a big, squashy, all-enveloping chair or bean bag. Are the lights
down low? Are you ready to close your eyes and just relax? Good. Then I'll let
Honne begin. The duo's new single, 'All In The Value', is an end of the night,
soulful slow jam with some 80s influences and the kind of groove that both
Hipsters and non-ironic fans of Milli Vanilli can get down to. The sleepily
delivered vocals on top of the punch synth stabs straddle the 90s perfectly and
keep this tune both 80s of nature but 00s of nurture. Oh, and there's a
ridiculous but sublimely enjoyable guitar solo towards the end that is, well,
noodletastic.
