Junior VP - American Optimism
Release Date: 23rd October 2026
Some downright perky indie shennanigans from Glasgow trio Junior VP now with their nostalgic new single 'American Optimism'. There are clear parallels to be drawn with the likes of Teenage Fanclub, Octopus, Travis, and Redd Kross with the jangly guitars and vocal harmonies to die for. Adding a little 90s crunch to the guitars and a flat out 60s beat, this song comes together as a bittersweet pill to swallow. Lush stuff.
