From the opening lines of "I get a little high when I get a little low" set to a comforting country guitar melody, I think I'm in love with this song and its creator, Morgan Nagler. The LA solo artist has just dropped new single 'Grassoline' and as well as the guitars, there is a shuffling beat, a gorgeously cracked vocal full of heart, soul, and life experience, and great lines like "I know Jesus ain't gonna save me and if he does that'd just be kinda crazy". It is a glorious and timely reminder that the USA has a whole lot of good to offer the world if you can ignore all the noise coming out of the White House.
