The work ethic and creative output out of Loose Articles never ceases to impress me and their new single only builds on that reputation. 'Guitars, Cars, Knickers and Bras' takes on workplace misogyny with a moody, indie grunge riff that borrows a little from Bryan Adams but sounds like he'd got a train from Canada to Seattle to beat Pat Smear that 4th spot in Nirvana. The dead-eyed vocals are dripping in disdain for the Jeremy Clarkson worshiping workplace bores and, quite frankly, I'm all for that kind of approach.
