Ah, there's so much to love about this latest release from Seasick Steve and that makes me a happy man. Firstly, 'Backbone Slip', is cracking Seasick Steve style tune with bone rattling guitars, bottle slide and a dirty drum stomp all providing the platform for that trademark gruff blues vocal to take you through a song that is part dance routine and part osteopathic problem. To seal the deal, there's a treat of a video that finds Steve rocking out in his garage almost as though he's serenading his hog.
