This new collaboration between Bastille and Lost Frequencies is right up my street as the winter sun has got me in the mood to get out in the fresh air and I need some tunes to accompany the new year. 'Head Down' is a peppy and uplifting EDM track overlapping pop in the Venn diagram and those breathily reassuring Dan Smith vocals telling you not to hang your head down even when you feel like the world is on your shoulders. Great energy, great tune and definitely one for your activity playlists.
