Surrey's Dude Safari are self-declaring 2024 as the launch of Dude Safari 2.0 and on the basis of this new single it's hard to disagree with them. 'High In The Clouds' takes the band's grunge sound and filters it through a 90s indie-pop kaleidoscope to create something that sounds like early Feeder (circa 'Cement'). The swirling guitars, monolithic drums and sneering vocals all mix together to create a wall of sound that is glorious and terrifying in equal measure.
