Sure, Roisin McCarney has the spirit of a Glaswegian girl looking for trouble but she sure does sound like she was raised in Nashville. 'Dance With The Devil' is country-rock in its purest form and that is how I like it with gurning, bluesy guitars running alongside the driving drums. McCarney's vocal has the power and twang of Shania or Miley but also the punch and grit of Spiteri which makes for one hell of a mixture - like a whiskey and bourbon cocktail that contains whiskey, bourbon and a dash of Irn Bru.
