HOLLY REES - SINGLE REVIEW

Holly Rees - Careless

Release Date: Out Now

Riotously fun stuff from North East artist Holly Rees on her new single 'Careless' which barrels in with brilliantly chaotic energy. The guitars and drums try to keep each other standing up and moving forward like a pair of drunk mates turning up at a wedding evening do having been on the lash since ten in the morning. There's a punk energy, a folky story telling edge and an indie ethos to this song which makes it sound like Laura Marling singing a Pulp penned song with Frank Turner behind the desk giving directions. Vital stuff.
