Straight outta Nashville comes Jenna DeVries with her female empowerment country anthem 'Self Made Man' and this one is to pump out loud. "There ain't no such thing as a self made mane" she sings with a blues-rock rasp in her throat as the guitars chug pleasingly and the drums snap hard with every beat. This is the kind of song that will get plenty of plays at hen parties, divorce parties and the like but there is such a good vibe to this song that it really is one for all seasons and occasions - maybe not for the alpha-male frat party though.....although they could learn a thing or two.
